Evaluation & Assessments

This is the first step and recommendations will follow for services for Individual, Group, Case Management or a combination of services. SCS clinician will make recommendations and work with you in developing your treatment plan and goals to accomplish. Treatment may involve individual, group, couple, medication management and/or case management.
