Child & Adolescent Team Spotlight

Jamie Busenbark

Jamie Busenbark is a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Ms. Busenbark graduated with a Master’s degree in Social Work in 2005 and has since gained extensive experience in treating clients of all ages with conditions such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms.

Jessica Nelson

Jessica Nelson earned her degree in Social Work from Arizona State University in 2017. “Since joining, SCS in 2018, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients across different age groups, particularly enjoying my work with adolescents. Ms. Nelson specialized training includes a focus on LGBTQ+ populations. Particularly transgender individuals and I am well versed in trauma therapy practices.”

Samantha Miller

Samantha Miller received her Master’s degree in clinical mental health in 2024, transitioning from special education teaching.  At Southwest Counseling Service, Ms. Miller works with children, adolescents, and their families. Ms. Miller approach emphasizes the importance of the family system.
